How To Be Happy In Life

Sometime i feel that why i am putting so much efforts day and night and bear hardship in corporate life which is obvious, so today i want to spend sometime on contemplation that how can i be happy.

Most of the time i am dissipated in my job and developing new skills in SEO & English, conversations etc. And i am doing this because i could have some wealth for my future because i have to make a home in city and i need money for my kids education. 
 
Lets assume that i have got everything which are required to me then what is next?

How my day was started today i am writing each and everything whatever i remember.

Today i woke up at 6:30 around and then went on my roof for doing yoga and a exercise also. Today is Thursday and on every week on this day, there is a sabji mandi at 3 kilometers away from my village so i asked my cousin - Rahul chaudhary - do you want go to mandi and he said "yes, i will go" so we both went there and i brought vegetables and some fruits.

Later i opened my laptop and i had no work for doing, there was only one work that i had to deliver today so i got it done previous day and sent it to stakeholder and started reading news online and later i joined online sessions for learning story telling.

Apart it there were some thoughts came in my mind related for bad relationship between my father and me. They understand me wrong for many things and to some extend he is write because i have done some mistakes which is being caused of bad relationship between me and my father. Any other day i will write a complete blog by telling a reasons why they understand me wrong. However according to me there is 30% mistakes i have done but 70% extra he never tried to understand me.

Now the time is around 6 o clock in evening so i am tried and not writing longer and plannig for going to temple where i have opportunity to see some greenery which makes me peaceful and i got myself close to nature.   

I have decided to write a blog every day

So today is 28 May 2020 and i am motivated after attending a story telling sessions, this session was presented by Vishal Jacob digitally withing the Groupm. So today onward i have decided following things to follow in my every day routine.

Many online tutors say that writing is a very good thing to improve your vocabulary, also it will help you to increase your speaking skills on day to day basis because in writing you have time to think about the words which you generally struggle in speaking. When you are writing anything you have time to frame your sentences in properly way and the learning which you got after writing a blog you can use in your speaking. 

I will try not to miss any day in writing weather i am writing only few words. The blog Dainik Voice i had created one year ago but i was destructed from my goal. I chosen a name of blog keeping in mind a theme of blog in which i have to write my daily routine including the conversations i had during the day, things what i have done in my personal and professional life.  

Decided to watch and read English news

However i am doing this practice every day for listing & reading English news so i have to keep following it every day without any failure.

Decided for doing Yoga & exercise

I know - yoga and exercise should be a part of day and it helps you to maintain physically and mentally but earlier i was not following it every day so now i have decided for doing Yoga every day. To keep more fit myself in morning i will do Yoga and in evening i will do some physically hard work to take our my sweat.

Now i am including only above things to follow every day, more things i will include once i got above things in my daily routine.
